post marking period 1

Alright, I guess I should start doing this again. So the last time I posted I was working on a "film", it's pretty much just a vlog. Anyways I am in the midst of editing the vlog film. The only problem? Is I'm still on day 1! This is the longest "film" I've ever done. So Reilly made a bloopers video, I suggest not watching it if you hate swearing and just flat out weird shit. But if you like that stuff than here's the video below. 

The 3rd dumbest thing I've ever done in a film. Anyways hey remember that McCree animation I was working on? Yeah that's been postponed for a...well lets see here...a couple months maybe. I've really been struggling with actually wanting to even work in blender as of right now. This typically happens a lot so I'm not surprised I'm feeling unmotivated with a lot of things. You know, I've even debated doing what I did last year. I will be helping Jordan with his film while still editing mine which I would love if this class never sees it. So this marking period sucked for me in the produced work and stuff. Next marking period I hope to have my whatever you want to call it film out, the film with Jordan out, and that animation. Big goals for things that may not happen. So the McCree stuff if you haven't seen it yet is below.

Monday- I wasn't at school
Tuesday- Started to edit my "film"
Wednesday- Continued on my "film" editing
Thursday- Again, still working on the editing of the "film"
Friday- Short class due to pep rally, nothing done

With me working in blender a lot recently, a good friend of mine asked me to make him an intro for YouTube

So before I started anything on it, I looked at many YouTube channels that had blender templates to see what I could possible make it look like or even use to make him one. Above you can see one of the templates I looked and below you can see the one I used to make it.


 While I waited for my friend to get back to me on which one he liked the most, Reilly, Mark, me, our friend Kyle, a little bit of Jesse, and a little bit of Garrett S, all talked about a dumb film idea challenge thing. We think it will be funny and we really want to do it before it gets way to cold so be on the look out for that!


Monday- I worked on my animation for the McCree alt
Tuesday- I looked at Blender Intro Templates and sent them to my friend for review
Wednesday- I started work on an Intro for my friend, also talked with Reilly and Mark about a film
Thursday- Completed the intro rendering and talked more about a film
Friday- Reilly, Me, Mark, Garrett S, and Liam all talked about the film we are planing
